 - My business is the teaching of the Spanish Language in Charlottesville and surrounding areas. I also provide translation and interpretation services, and training for owners of businesses who have non English- speaking workers.
- I have been in the teaching field for more than 20 years and have taught in Venezuela as well as the United States.
- I have worked both for public and private institutions and have taught all levels of Spanish.
- I have led numerous foreign language immersion trips to Mexico, Costa Rica, Peru, Chile and Spain.
- Additionally, I have worked as an English-Spanish translator, interpreter and Spanish proofreader, both in Venezuela and in the United States.
- I have served since 2007 as an AP Spanish Language Reader / Grader for the College Board, and acted as an assistant table leader as well.
- I am also a Certified Praxis Spanish Language Reader/ Grader and have been working in this capacity since October 2010.
- In my spare time I do volunteer work as a translator and as an interpreter for several non-profit organizations in the United States.
- I am also an avid traveler, a sports enthusiast and share with my wife a passion for rescue dogs.
